Our preference is for you to pay by bank transfer so we can avoid fees to third parties.

Please email greenacre-events@outlook.com and we will send you our bank details and a questionnaire booking form so that we have all your details including dietary requirements. More details on this are in the 'Additional Information' section below.

If you would like to pay via credit card, we will send you a STRIPE link. Please email greenacre-events@outlook.com to let us know  your preferred payment method and the details of who would like to book.

 

All people who book will be added to our database for retreat updates, unless you request otherwise.

We are also offering a payment plan over 6 months. Please see below for details.

What is included in the price?

​​​

• All workshops and activities 

• All food and drinks - this includes three evening meals with botanical mocktails, two hearty brunches, light breakfast, ceremonial cacao on Saturday and unlimited herbal teas and coffee ​

• Wild swimming in our natural spring pond and access to 80 acres of ancient woodland and organic pasture

• Three nights camping style accommodation with fully plumbed toilets and hot showers (bring your own tents and bedding). Glamping options also available. See accommodation for more details. 

• Vehicle parking next to your tent - no heavy lugging required! Campervans also allowed free of charge (not electrified but as all food and drinks are included you shouldn't need it).

Accommodation

Our price includes you bringing your own tent or campervan or even caravan. You could choose to spoil yourself and pay an additional cost to hire a bell tent from Devon Belles, who Greenacre Events has worked with for many years. Booking terms​

£50 of ticket price is non refundable two weeks after payment

50% of ticket costs are refundable before 31 March 2027

100% non-refundable after 1 April 2027

Transfer of tickets is possible and we will aim to assist with this.

Payment Plan for Early Bird price

​​

1st payment of £135 to be made by 31 November 2026

2nd payment of £135 to be made by 31 January 2027

Final payment £125 must be paid in full by 31 March 2027

For those on the payment plan, £50 is non-refundable after 1 December 2027

Additional Information
 

Sorry, no furry friends permitted.

Please be aware that this retreat is designed to have a therapeutic effect on participants and may therefore generate emotional responses and may feel activating to any previous traumas experienced.

​

If you have been diagnosed with a physical and / or mental health condition, please let us know on the form that we will send you at the time of booking. For example; asthma, diabetes, allergies, major depression, PTSD, personality disorder or active self-harm.

We would also need to know about any previous addiction struggles as participants would need to be at least six months into abstaining and feel their recovery has stabalised enough to attend safely.

Please note we reserve the right to ask participates to leave the retreat weekend if their behaviour is deemed inappropriately or impacting negatively on the experience of others. No refund would be offered in this instance.

Please also make us aware of any current medications being taken and the quantity needed on the booking form questionnaire.

Please consider whether this style of farmland and wooded retreat is right for you at this time as we may not be able to meet additional needs in a way that keeps you safe and supported.

 

Our resident therapist is trauma informed but will be predominantly holding space for the group.  If you are unsure, please talk this through with one of us.​​​
