Hearing your Heart for Intuitive Clarity

Do you need clarity on a major life decision or simply a supportive space where you can dream big?
This will be a light-hearted, welcoming and nurturing environment where you can learn to quiet the mind, regulate your nervous system and become more present and grounded - to help you connect with your intuition and heart's wisdom.
The whisperings of the heart and soul are often just that - subtle messages that can only be heard when we take time to really listen. In today's world, it's easy to make choices based on worry rather than the excitement of what is possible.
By connecting with like-minded people and the wisdom of the heart we can transcend the limitations of the mind. Even a few seconds of clarity - that 'full body yes' - can provide you with the conviction you need to move forward and live life to the full.
While sitting in circle, I use a variety of practices and tools (you could call it a golden cauldron!) - including breathwork, meditation, movement, sound essential oils, affirmations and essences. I also listen to the guidance of my own higher self, as an intuitive empath.
The plan is to make this a regular circle every couple of months - a sanctuary where you can gain confidence to lead life from the heart. And together we can even create a better world - one heart at a time.
