Do you need clarity on a major life decision or simply a supportive space where you can dream big? Are you feeling called to change careers or discover your purpose?

Come along to these light-hearted free sessions where you can learn different tools to help quiet the mind, reset your nervous system and become more present to your intuition and heart's wisdom.

The whisperings of the heart and soul are often just that - subtle messages that can only be heard when we take the time to truly listen. Side note - that's not always by being quiet! We all have different ways we reach that place!

Hi I’m Melissa Irace - I am a part-time lecturer at Exeter University and my passion project is Heart Leaders.

These sessions are non-religious – they honour the divinity within each of us.  I will share practices that I hope will help you connect to your inner knowing and light - to help you live a life of passion and meaning, whilst honouring your own wellbeing and that of our precious planet.

FULL DISCLOSURE - my heart is saying this session may involve 'shaking it off' with Taylor Swift!!

In today's world, it's easy to make choices based on worry rather than the excitement of what is possible. I hope these sessions can help bring you some inner peace and a pocket of joy, that we can spread to the world.

Whilst sitting in circle, I will use a variety of practices and tools to help you connect to your heart - you could call it a golden cauldron! I will be led by the energy of the group but they include very simple things like breathwork, meditation, movement, sound, essential oils, affirmations and essences.

Please bring something (a problem, situation, choice) you would like some clarity on and paper and pen for active writing.  ALSO please register your interest or reach out if you have any questions – m.irace@exeter.ac.uk. Thank you so much!
