Location - The Hall, Exeter EX1 1BD - a gorgeously renovated Victorian Sunday school on the medieval steps of Stepcote Hill.

If marketing is something you know you need to do but you dread; if you're struggling to capture the heart and soul of your offering - or you simply need some time, space and renewed energy for it all - this workshop is for you.

All Heart Leaders programmes combine proven business frameworks with inner work because it's always better to 'be' the highest vibe version of ourselves before we attempt to 'do' anything important.

We are at our juicy, creative best, and life flows with more ease, opportunity and synchronicity - when we take the time to be fully grounded and our nervous systems are regulated.

During this half day container, we'll create a Strategic Marketing Action Plan that is fully aligned with your purpose and unique selling points (USPs). If you need clarity on these, we'll help you define them. We’ll also develop a weekly work plan and establish a buddy system for accountability - helping you stay on track in a way that honours your energy levels and strengths.

I like to keep marketing really simple - life is complicated enough! Whether you're starting a new business, need a refresh or want to step back and be more strategic, this workshop will help you:-

Be clear about what makes your business unique
Define two or three target markets that you can focus on
Plan how to reach them.

So what makes the Heart Leaders approach different?

In all Heart Leaders workshops, embodiment and heart connection are key. This isn't wishy washy floaty stuff! I'm sure you know yourself that trying to work on something when you're stressed or overthinking just doesn't deliver or takes ten times longer.

Heart Leaders frameworks are designed to create greater flow and measurable success. It's less about forcing and controlling - and more about receiving and allowing. When we work on our businesses, it is with heart-felt authenticity and a passion that clients, customers and collaborators will really feel and be drawn to.

I believe it's vital to look at your inner 'being' as well as tackling the practical 'doing' of your business and I have a veritable golden cauldron of different practices that I call on to get us there (see my Spiritual journey for some examples).

Understanding the purpose and uniqueness of your business (the WHY) and integrating that into WHAT you communicate
Having clarity around WHO you’re talking to and HOW you’re going to reach them
Developing a marketing action plan and weekly work tasks
AI and HI (Heart Intelligence!)
Intuitive guidance - shining a light on old stories and learning how to work through them when they arise. The usual suspects are around success, worthiness, perfectionism, hard work and receiving.
Grounding exercises - for nervous system regulation and focus
Group mediations - calling in success and abundance for your business and those of the collective

I have a spiritual DJ that brings a song to me sometimes. The song that showed up for the workshop is Beyonce - We Run the World. I absolutely love this version when she was the first black woman to headline Coachella. I have a feeling this is because, like Beyonce and her alter ego Sasha Fierce, we have to sometimes step into a different part of ourselves to overcome fear of being seen - particularly in marketing where one of the biggest blocks is fear of being seen!
