Over the course of three sessions, we'll help you develop a Strategic Marketing Action Plan that is fully aligned with your purpose and unique selling points (USPs). If you need clarity on these, we'll help you define them, alongside understanding your target audience and how to reach them.

​​​​​​We’ll also develop a weekly work plan - helping you stay on track in a way that honours your energy levels and strengths.

These three sessions can take place weekly, monthly or anything in-between, depending on your workload and how you work best. I don't recommend taking more than three months as we will lose momentum.

Session One - Two hours

Session Two - 90 minutes

Session Three - 90 minutes

20 minute follow up calls after each session

Investment: £495

Includes Heart Leaders worksheets and framework information; a review of your current activity; 5 hours of one to one consultancy; one hour of follow up calls and travel within 1 hour of Exeter.

One off session investment -  £195 for 2 hours

Follow up 2nd session - £125 for  90 minutes
