This has been designed as an opportunity for your mind, body and soul to pause and get away from the everyday chaos and to re-imagine what life could look and feel like. 

 

We can also focus on a particular problem or situation that you would like clarity on.

I'll share breathwork practices and simple ways you can calm your nervous system. I'll be intuitively led and help you connect to the wisdom of your heart.

Some things that we might do include a walk in nature, grounding, working with essential oils, crystals and essences, a card reading and tapping into intuitive guidance.

The Great Reset is a three hour offering over a morning or afternoon. 

​

I am also developing a three day retreat style option.​​ With the Three day Reset, I will be organising gorgeous accommodation and you can add in options like yoga, massage and healing, which I also sort out for you. I only use practitioners that I know and can vouch for.  Please contact me directly for more details.  Prices are based on the level of accommodation and add-ons you want.
