Here’s all the ways I can support you to feel motivated and confident in the way you do business. I’m all about being practical and approachable. Instead of talking about what you could do, let me support you to get things done in 'real time'. Whether it's through a three month one to one mentoring programme or a half day group workshop, we'll create plans and strategies together, put them into action straight away and I'll be there when you need advice.

I'm a straight up person
I wanted to provide services that would suit all budgets (and stages of life) and also be totally up front about how much stuff costs. I’m not going to try to upsell you during a discovery call or rush you into doing anything you can’t afford with special offers. I’m rubbish at that and feel squirmishly uncomfortable when people do it to me.
I’m a heart-led founder, solo mum and could be earning megabucks working full time in corporate-ville. But that’s not what success or ‘richness’ feels like to me - I’d be miserable and burnt out. I’d much rather be supporting like-minded people, spending time in nature, eating delicious food with great company and creating good vibes.
All the offerings also create spaces for you to connect with like-minded people and build authentic business relationships - and who knows what opportunities can arise from that.

It was really good to have the input of others and to hear their experiences, hints and ideas. It was also great to have a sense of not being on your own as you work. Being self-employed can be a lonely place so having a space to bounce ideas around, hear from others and get input was great. I loved the space Melissa created. It felt open and nurturing. I certainly feel much more motivated and it’s been terrific to meet so many beautiful women.

Working with Melissa at Heart Leaders has been so informative and inspiring. It is daunting and often frustrating putting art work out there to show people.
